When you’re dragging a con through the mud on the various social media pages (but specifically Twitter today) keep in mind that behind the icon, there is a person who has worked very hard and mostly likely has nothing to do with the actual problem.

Angry tweets to cons are just as hard to swallow as the ones that could come to my personal account.

It’s totally cool to have issues with something that a con did, but please don’t take that out on the social media volunteer.
